- To apply for membership, just spend $200 nett within 2 months (accumulated receipts accepted).
- Apply in person at Lucky Plaza #03-43.
- Bring along your receipts for submission with the application form.






Loss and Replacement of Ayam Bakar Ojolali Privilege Card
For replacement of lost cards, please visit our restaurant to fill up the application form again. Please provide your IC number or lost VIP card number so that we can trace your records.
Please note that there is an administrative charge of $5 per lost card.
Cards can also be replaced in writing to us.
